Shipping

My policy as a shopify business owner is to provide fast and safe shipping on all orders from the website. All refund policies apply to my shipping. As stated in the following policies, you may contact me if there are any shipping issues or receiving a damaged product. You will receive a full refund and may be given a new order sent to you for free.

All orders are shipped over by me at a local UPS office to the correct address. You will be notified that your order has been packaged and is currently being shipped. All merch orders should take 3-5 business days to a week depending on your location and current shipment traffic. As stated in the previous policies above, if you don't receive your order within at least 30 days, you may contact me using the following contact info in my policies or contact info page. Please leave your name, address, order number, product name, email, and phone number os that I can reach back to you asap. 

Shipping Format

All artworks will be packaged in the following formats with a printed label, packing slip, and print of your address info applicated to the packaging. 

Linocut Art Prints 

If your order arrives damaged, you will be given a new order of the same product if you still want the desired product for no extra cost. If you decide that you no longer want a new shipped order of a product, you will be given your money back. I do not take back damaged orders. 

Commissions( Paintings and portrait drawings)

Commission due dates are better to be set at an earlier date than your intended arrival date anywhere between a few weeks to a month to ensure that you'll receive your commissioned artwork in time, especially if it is for a special occasion. Painting commissions will be wrapped and cushioned in foam sheets and bubble wrap and secured with duct tape. All artwork will come with a signed certificate of authentication, my business card, a shipping label, and a 'Fragile' sticker. Drawings will be shipped in a mailing tube with your address info printed on a shipping label and my business card.  If I see that your address is local to me, I will contact you that I can personally deliver the original painting or commission myself to you. Personally delivered paintings will be wrapped in kraft paper with my card (and a signed certificate of authentication inside for original artwork). You may look at the commission upon arrival to double check your satisfaction with the artwork. If you decide that you are not satisfied, I will give you a full refund in cash. If you still want the artwork despite your disatisfaction, I may give you a 50% refund. Getting a commission framed will be added as an additional cost and will add up to the total cost of the commission. All commission pricing will be discussed with you if you request to have it framed during the making of the commission, I will give you updates on it and to receive any feedback. If you decide that you want any changes to the commission, please inform me as soon as possible. Once a commission is halfway done, I may not be able to make any big changes to the artwork.Same applies to portrait drawings.  Framed drawings will be also wrapped in kraft paper if being delivered personally. If a framed drawing is being shipped by post, your framed drawing will be packaging in the same format as a painting.
